This was a good place actually the third time i've been here ....the only reason i gave it a 4 start is that the prices were kinda high....13 for philidelphia roll?!? buy the food was good.. the service was prompt, and i guess if you factor in its in the a prominent plaza it compensates for the cost... i guess

Just Came back from another delicious meal and I brought friends I forgot to say in the last review TRY THE GARLIC POTATOES sooooo good!

Well I didn't go here for the club I actually went for a dinner for one of my friends birthday's. For a Hollywood restaurant it (the food) was better than I expected. If you don't know Goa is a Indian setting but it serves Japanese food. when you walk in for dinner it's like a night club ( you got bouncers and the infamous "rope", and as soon as you step in the door BAM the smell of incense is overpowering!!! The seating was kinda cool, not your traditional seating area whereas the chairs were not like dining table chairs and setting. The waitresses are geared up in belly dancing type attire and of course in Hollywood, they are attractive. The food was tasty! try the Chilean sea bass roll and the creamy rock shrimp tempura roll because it was really really good. the only factor that prohibited me from ordering more was the PRICE! each hand roll was a typical hand roll size and each was $9.00! I got a pineapple juice for $5.00 and my gf got a small Vose water for $5.00! WOW but it would be expected for a Hollywood place right (especially when parking is $15.00.
Another Issue I had was with the BOUNCERS man I was trying to go out to an ATM and they wouldn't let me back in to pay =/... they said " how do I know you were eating here?" ?!!? serious I just wanted to pay..that's what I get for going to Hollywood
CONCLUSION:
So If you're BALLING OUT OF CONTROL and wanna burn some cash for one of those cool night clubs in Hollywood that don't have signs on the ouside but rude ass bouncers.. check this place out the sushi is better then Katsuya and Geisha house =]

I love the fried chicken here .... it is true that it is on the pricey side but nothing beats good crispy fried chicken! I ordered the dinner combo which was around 9 dollars and it includes soup and ice cream as a dessert which i thought was kinda cool. The chicken is the variable here though.... I've been to max's many times sometimes it's super delicious other times it's a little dry inside... the skin is always crispy though i guess that's a plus

TASTY! yea really feeling this place ! The second place I've eaten in Culver City and man it was really another treat! I had ordered the family pac which included 8 pieces of chicken, 4 biscuits, pickles, potato salad, and fries! The chicken was really crispy but not oily, the biscuits were flavorful, and the potato salad was quite large. I also had a lemonade which was not your watered down lemonade but it was really good as well. If you want some not greasy crispy fried chicken you have to check this place out!

I had to go here because my mom and sister stumble onto this place randomly and were raving about it! Man it is good. I've only eaten there during the buffet (which was kind of pricey) and it was well worth it! every dish on the buffet was an serving in itself and the variety was delicious. I'm a big fan of pineapple refrescos.. and yup they had it there along with delicious desserts, a waffle bar, authentic Mexican food and a nice Mexican restaurant setting ..much like a not so popular Acapulco's. Over all check this place out if you're looking for some Mexican food and are in the 210 sunland, tujunga area!!

I was pleasantly suprised by this place. I have always passed it on Sherman Way, and have seen it changed from a shack into a better looking shack. So in my ongoing quest to find great places to eat, I checked this out. Don't let the exterior fool you, on the outside the place looks rather small however on the inside it looks huge!!! Now on to the food, the food is your standard good diner food, I had the Belgium Waffle because the nice Asian waitress said it was really good, and she was right. For the price I paid i would have swore that I was eating at a expensive waffle place! Over all I liked this place!!!

I went here for a friends birthday, when you get in they place you in a "cattle room" of a lobby which is aesthetically pleasing, but there are no chairs (guess it's cool to stand?). After about 30 minutes of standing we sat down. the seats were super comfy, the bathroom is kinda crazy (if you like scary masks in the mirror looking at you pee.. this is soooo for you) and the tables were really clean. So clean that if you dropped anything on them some one would come by and clean it up within 3 minute ( we repeatedly dropped soy sauce on it it and timed them =]). Any way the sushi was $$$$ and not really the best. I've had better sushi at Tengu and the best item on there "ROCK SHRIMP" was just walnut shrimp.... Honestly I read reviews saying the food here was good but, I don't think those people were used to good sushi or good food for that matter. It was cool that the waiter said JAY-Z sat in the same seat I sat in the night before... and I did catch a glimpse of Lindsey Lohan running to one of the private rooms!!!

Bottom line.. If you wanna make a swanky hollywood dinner (
meaning you are not that hungry ) with paparazzi and such and you got some cash to burn.. check this out...if not go somewhere else and get good sushi. Or do what I do, get a friend who works there to give you free rock shrimp !!!

Seriously, the Dolce group spends all there money on designing these restaurants but no money on making the food TASTY! I ate here once and man... disappointed. I ate with a friend we had: Parmesean crusted onion rings which were burnt ( I asked for another order that was not burnt and the waiter tried to play it off like that is how it was supposed to be.. I had to  ask numerous times to get another one out) the ribs and the beer chicken were super salty, and the ketchup varieties are..meh alright. I thought it was funny though that the two "Hollywood Business men" next to me we're like "This food is really good"...Norms is about the same quality except 1000 time cheaper!
